Whether you are a new customer of the BPU, moving from one of our service locations to another, or discontinuing your service, we want to assist by speeding up and simplifying your service request.  Any of these tasks can be made up to three business days in advance and can be completed by just clicking one of the links below.

You are also welcome to contact Customer Service at (620) 245-2515 or stop in our office at 401 W. Kansas Ave. during our office hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.  We will be glad to help you or answer any questions that arise.
