Your current and past utility bill records are easily accessed through SmartHub by clicking on “Pay My Bill” on the BPU website, or by contacting Customer Service at (620) 245-2515.  It is our pleasure to assist our customers.

Conveniently manage your BPU account with our online services! Enrolling in online services is fast and easy. Click on Pay My Bill to sign up on SmartHub. Once there, simply click the “New User” link and follow the instructions.

We gladly accept an electronic check or a debit/credit card payment.  Many of our customers prefer to make these payments online, over the phone at (620) 245-2515 or at the kiosk located in our lobby (401 W. The BPU Administrative Offices and Customer Service department, located at 401 W. Kansas Ave., operate Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  To report outages and emergencies during non-business hours, do not hesitate to call (620) 245-2554.

Yes. For customer convenience, we have both a drop box and a drive-thru window on the east side of the BPU office (401 W. Kansas Ave.), just off Chestnut Street.

The drive-thru teller accepts cash and check payments and is available Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

The drop box can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  For your protection, we do not recommend cash payments for the drop box. Payments will be applied to your account the following business day.

Yes. Our paperless billing program enables our customers to simultaneously reduce waste AND simplify their lives.  Click on Pay My Bill to access SmartHub and enroll in paperless billing.  Please contact our Customer Service team with any questions at (620) 245-2515.

Of course. To obtain a copy of your utility bill, just click on Pay My Bill to link to our SmartHub billing system or contact Customer Service at (620) 245-2515.  Our team will be more than glad to assist you!

Yes. Our self-service kiosk is located in the front lobby at the BPU office at 401 W. Kansas Ave. The kiosk accepts electronic checks or debit/credit card payments.  Our lobby hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday.

Setting up new service or changing your existing service is convenient and trouble-free.  We offer online forms to assist you.  Once the form is submitted, a BPU Customer Service Representative will contact you by phone within three business days to confirm the new service request or any changes.  We would also be glad to assist you directly on the phone at (620) 245-2515.

Changing your mailing address has never been easier. Just complete the online change of address form by clicking here. A Customer Service Representative will contact you to verify the change within three business days.  You can also call our Customer Service Representatives directly at (620) 245-2515 for assistance.
