Start Service – McPherson BPU

Welcome to the McPherson Board of Public Utilities!

Our goal is to make starting utility service with us as easy as possible, as well as offering the best value in electricity and water services for many years to come.

Although the BPU only provides electric and water services, sewer and trash services may be included in your utility bill, as well. Including more services on one bill makes it more convenient for you.

To protect your identity, all requests to establish new service need to be made in person at 401 W. Kansas Ave. Please bring your driver’s license or photo ID, as we will need a copy for our records.
