The McPherson Board of Public Utilities delivers some of the lowest-cost and most reliable power and water in the State. However, we wouldn’t be able to do what we do as well as we do without our people. For this reason, we want to showcase those people who significantly impact our business and community with an “Employee Spotlight.”
On Tuesday, the 21st, it was announced that the recipients of November’s “Employee of the Month” title was given to ALL BPU Employees.
“This month’s Employee Spotlight is an easy choice, and it’s EVERYONE. With Thanksgiving around the corner, I want to give thanks and express gratitude to every employee at BPU. For the past year, I’ve had the pleasure of highlighting individuals who personally contribute to BPU’s success. Now, it’s time to recognize that the success of BPU is ultimately due to the overall team effort of the utility. We currently employ 73 employees who diligently work to keep the lights on and clean water flowing. During this Thanksgiving holiday, please join me in thanking the dedicated employees of your Board of Public Utilities.” Josh Bedel, General Manager.
