Our sincerest condolences go out to the family of Rick Anderson.
Rick served the McPherson Board of Public Utilities as General Manager from 1988-2009.
Several critical projects were completed or started under Anderson’s leadership, including addressing water well contamination through the addition of the VOC plant, overseeing the planning and construction of the JM 115KV Substation, the North loop line, the construction of Power Plant #3, the construction of the Refinery Substation and overseeing the start to the construction of BPU’s water blending plant.
