November 1st is Power Plant Worker Appreciation Day!
We’re taking a moment today to honor the 29 dedicated employees who keep McPherson BPU’s two power plants and eight substations running safely and reliably. Day or night, rain or shine, our power plant crews are always on the job, ensuring the lights stay on for our community.
A special thank you to Mike Prieb for leading our Power Plant Operations crews, Jared Hagemann for overseeing our Substation and Plant Controls technicians, and Gunner Peterson for guiding the Plant Maintenance team.
