We would like for customers to know that we will be implementing a new Outage Management System later this year. With accurate contact information on file, our customers can ensure easier and quicker outage reporting and recognition through our automated system. To aid in the process, the BPU will be holding a drawing for a chance to win one office $50 residential utility bill credits for customers who return the information card that will be included in October’s billing cycle. We dislike outages as much as you do, however sometimes storms, accidents and other incidents out of our control interrupt electric service. We truly believe the new system will improve the outage reporting experience for you, our valued customer!  More information about this new system and what to do in the event of an outage will be available in November.
